Made an appointment for a Keratin treatment and even paid the $175 deposit. Showed up for my appointment and they had deleted it. No accountability was taken, definitely don't recommend.

Really disappointed again on my haircut. People are nice enough but after 4 haircuts just can't get a stylist that listens. Won't go back.
