The room was smaller than advertised

Never got inOffice was closed at 7pm after I drove 20 hrs. Biggest let down of the year. Business hours weren't displayed on Google

The staff was horrible. The woman or man or whatever named London didn't even show up till 2 hrs after our check in time to open the office. They didn't honor our booking.com price, they charged us 10
