The sales lady at the sleeping wear department was very rude. She ordered/ commanded customers to do whatever she wanted, not to mention a smile.

Today I went to Dillards Men's shoe department with my husband. The man who approached us name was Al. He barely nodded. He was on his cell phone most of the time when we needed help. He finally came
