Location and convenience. I rave about this place to my friends and family but this visit seemed off. I’ve also extended stays because I love the hotel so much. The subway is less than 60 feet awayIt

Not offered. Zero hospitality at this hotel.The room curtain is inadequate. Noisy A/C - dripped. The room lights over the bed area are harsh with no dimmer. One light is out over the closet area. P
