I've stayed at this hotel many times. It's clean, in a great location for my needs. They have recently instituted a $5 parking fee. This is a suburban hotel, surrounded by office building parking lots
I have been staying at this Courtyard For a number of years with several stays a year. It has been remodeled and the rooms do look very nice with new furniture, flooring, wall coverings and bathroom .
