They took really good care of mother-in-law. The reception area looked a bit rough, not intimidating for me but could be for someone who isn't used to it.
My friend came here after getting hit by two cars. They did their best to make him comfortable and take the pain away. Everyone was courteous in the reception areas and they did their best in general
