Buy a whole bottle, and they’ll tag it with your name and store it in a locker indefinitely. You’ll see bottles—which start around $300—locked up in cages along the walls in the very dark room, which features a stage with a curtained backdrop lit in different colors along with a bunch of round tables covered in white tablecloths and little lamps.
