Bloomington Bagel Company is Downtown Bloomington’s first and only scratch bagel bakery. Our bagels are made, boiled, and baked by hand every morning. Since 1996, we have been following the same recipes from New York City’s historic Bagel Bakers Local #338. Locally owned, boiled, and baked!

Bagel did the trick. It was too thick for me but I get that is a personal preference. Also a little pricey but in a cool location by the college campus.
Their food is great! Their coffees (ALL of them) are spectacular! Their customer service is great too. The environment and surroundings are calm and welcoming.
Don't order coffee to go online. Your food order will be ready in the To-go bin, but you'll have to stand in line to tell them what your drink order was, they will act like they have no clue you order
