Don't do it! Unprofessional office staff and care. They do not contact previous dental office for records of care but instead require duplicate X-rays in order to even complete cleaning and exam.

Don't do it. I tried it in February and In less than a year now two fillings they did have fallen out. A big piece today. It never fit very well in the first place. I can't believe I compromised... I
