went to there hotel for the first time and all can say it will be my last time The worst service i have ever received i don't do reviews but for Christmas catch next time i will go else where

great food lovely staff. meals arrived in good time ,hotel was clean and busy.would highly recommend,kids happy with nuggets menu varied with specials on board

Food overpriced, staff inexperienced, dirty venue, wait time for our meals was 30min. Didn't get the right meal and when asked if they could get me the correct meal they declined as I had already tak.
