Named for the owners who happen to live upstairs, House of William and Merry is among Wilmington’s most personal restaurants. The restaurant is inside a farmhouse from the 1890s with high ceilings and big, sunny windows, and the menus focus on seasonal, regionally sourced ingredients. Expect unpretentious French-leaning dishes like confited and fried duck wings, roasted pork belly, beef and butter noodles, and pork chops in a bordelaise sauce.
