Place is alright. The veggies are fresh. The meats are okay and at the counter, some meat people are nice and allow you to help you choose. Parking is in the strip mall shared with Lee's Sandwich, Wah

I came because I want to make some Banh xeo for lunch. Everything is affordable and cashier was friendly and fast on my check out.

The veggies are fresh. The meat needs improvement because don't I get to choose which meat I want instead of them picking. If you're going here for meat, they pick for you and you don't get to choose.
