Worst Hertz location I've ever been to. Absolutely awful. Strongly recommend enterprise.

Only giving 1 start because I cant give any lower review. Showed up to swap my rental because mine got a check engine light and hertz recommended I swap it so I drive to the San Jose airport location

Absolutely fabulous employees in the car return lot. Tom deserves employee of the next six months for helping me find the car keys.
