One of our sandwiches was wrapped sloppy and we found a hair in it. Sandwiches was toasted but was not hot when we got it.

I only rate it two stars because I asked for my flatbread not to be toasted and I they toasted it anyway still toasted it anyway. I said multiple times I did not want it toasted but they did not liste
