Customer service was horrible, the waiter Sabrina V and manager Charlene was very rude. The chicken was so dry that the sauce couldn't help it. We sent our food back twice, and it still came back dry.

Waited 1 hour to be seated. During there slow time then served 3 others before even attending me and my wife .. been to multiple longhorns this one is by far the worst one I've been in and looking at
