Mozz is a high quality, artisan pizza experience. We source ingredients locally whenever possible from various farmers and artisans throughout the state of Utah. Every single item is made fresh from scratch, including our dough. Our sourdough is made using traditional bread making techniques and only requires 3 ingredients: water, salt and flour. This dough is left to develop flavor for 2-3 days in order to deliver the best quality and taste possible.
