They couldn't groom the dog? They had excuses for not being able to get the job done and they were just weak. You failed to get the job done. Never use them again.

felt a hard lump on my golden's ear after a grooming appt at petco. pulled it off and now he has an open sore. seems like he was nicked at his appt. this was NOT THERE before i took him in.
