This phó was amazing on a call Amsterdam day. It was very warming and delicious! Big portions for the phó and it comes out relatively quick. I wouldn't expect good phó in Amsterdam however they proved

Noodle and broth are both good. A great pick in Armstrong if you would like to eat something warm in a cold and wet weather.
