Out of the CID’s many dim sum restaurants, Honey Court stands out mainly for its consistency and accessibility. There are some skippable bites, but dishes like pea vines in garlic or the soy sauce rice rolls make a trip to this spacious sit-down spot totally worth it on their own. Plus, this relaxed spot is open until 3:30am on weekends, which means you can go out on Capitol Hill, and then end the night passing around steamer baskets full of dumplings and platters of salt and pepper chicken wings instead of settling for a rain-soaked hot dog. We count that as a win.
