Very rude and condescending when I just walked in. With customer service just try to smile and it will not be so off putting. It's a shame I see why there are a lot of poor reviews for this store.

I mainly come here to laminate and it is SO expensive! I've considered buying a cheep $20 laminator to just have at home, but the one they have here is legit. Wish they were open past 7pm.
