I want to give 5 stars however the service seriously takes forever. People in the store, not in the store, your coffee will still take 10-15 mins. The restaurants inside and menu are set up decadently

The coffee tastes good don't get me wrong, but the amount of caramel is just ridiculous. Idu they think I'm caramel deprived or something?
