Worst customer service. Worst vibe ever. Not helpful. Reluctant. Just a bunch of miserable unwilling people. It has not changed in a decade. Not sure how this place stays in business.

Vernon Lordco - excellent service inside and despite a snow storm the manager came outside to put our new wipers on so we could get home to Kamloops safely.
