my favorite place for an iced vanilla latte! Their coffee is absolutely amazing for someone who likes something with sweetness but mostly the rich flavor of expresso!

Such a cute spot, plenty of seating and nice big tables. The seasonal cardamom latte was sweetened just right. The quiche and homemade bagels were also tasty.
