Wha a great experience! The Monday before Christmas and 30 minutes before closing this place was packed!!! It was a fun experience to be able to pick it out and watch it being made.

We came in on a weekday afternoon and thank god it was empty because Mark, the guy that helped us was very knowledgeable and gave us tons of info on a lot of fragrances!! Customer service was 10000000

I love their products, the salespersons are friendly and caring. They are attentive to your likes and very helpful to advise you. I am happy that there is an actual store, usually I buy their product
