Check in was easy. I was done within 15 minutes of my appointment time. The nurse was kind. Blood draw was painless.

They need to improve in all areas! First tried to do a walk in at 2 different locations. No slots available, no one to talk to. Kiosk directed me to make an appt online. Very frustrating because at on
