Misplaced my supply of checks. I literally spent HOURS ( DAYS) trying to contact them . Don't have a vehicle any longer. Why CAN'T I get CUSTOMER SERVICE ? Time to look for ANOTHER BANK !

Terrible customer service that takes forever, not a well designed company but the app is well set up.
