this credit union is a joke have no office in concord I got this for a auto loan I paid of this loan I'm not getting my vehicle title because they said I own $26 wish I sent it 3 weeks ago still no ge

Bad customer service. Be prepared to wait in line. Tellers are not helpful. Choose another bank to do your business.
