Was craving ice cream after dinner one night and happened to see this Van Leeuwen before hopping on the subway. There was little line considering it is in Penn Station. But the servers are nice to let

The service is terrible. I was there with a few family members and after taking their order, she looks at me and then proceeds to go to lady beside me. After she cashes her out, she then rings up my f
