The building is nice and I love the selection but the staff are always totally beaten down. I don’t know if they are badly recruited or if someone hires the right people and saps the life out of them.
Escalator was not working, 1 person on the bar with 6 customers in a queue. Bland staff. Introduced was also cancelled wish I had cancelled tbh.
A joke of an experience, firstly I WAS a member since 2021, since then visiting this cinema has become more and more of a hassle, firstly there was the ‘benefit’ of a £1 hot drink removed mid-membersh
