do not fix anything, makes appointments to do repairs and then don't show up. will charge late fees for rent but never fix anything. the worst!!!

These owners are trash, they don't want to fix anything and when they do it's half done and they want to send you the bill.

Money hungry property mgnt. Unnecessary fees. How can someone owe owe over 15,000 in a rental property. Wish I could attach the letter. Horrible service.
