The lady at the desk is not very friendly. She kind of acts like you're a burden. And she doesn't smile. The guy there is nice. I use them because there are so few key-making places around.

Extremely rude lady at desk. Won't return calls. Don't care about my business. Acts like they doing you a favor to even talk to you. Don't use them.
