horrible customer service over the phone, unable to file a complaint there's better credit union

So I had unfortunately a really bad experience with Metro credit union this morning. I've been fighting stage 4 colon cancer for a year with chemotherapy and got a email about the Hardship assistance

This bank is awful. hold times over 20 minutes, and constant disconnections. Anytime you need help with anything there's a charge. Online chat support is bad if you have to go that route. my card was
