The service and the food were great. Very attentive staff including Layla and Zamani . Food is very good and we will return. Highly recommended!

So, I moved to New Castle County DE & there's plenty of Vietnamese Pho restaurants down here. So far, none of them compare with The Koy. Love the Seafood Pho! Worth the trip...

We ordered take out. It was ready as on time. When I picked it up the food the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Our food was great. We will definitely be returning to try more options.
