All ingredients at Daeho Kalbijjim, Braised short rib are cooked and prepared fresh every day, made to order. We do not use pre-made Kalbijjim ingredients like others. In addition, we hand-select the most flavorful, presentable, and marbled short rib from ribs 6, 7, and 8 (the cut just below the ribeye). Each order is carefully weighed and sliced into bite-sized portions for easy enjoyment.
