Great store but the big guy that works there needs a few lessons in customer service, and for that reason, I will no longer shop there.

Fantastic, old school fastener and hardware store, and one I wish I'd heard of sooner! Had not one but two occasions to shop here and I was not disappointed on either trip. Whether I needed 5/8" grade
