service is ass waited 30 minutes for my coffee then they told me they're out of caramel then gave me some coffee ass coffee

Had the chicken sandwich, it's was just complete rubber. Was hoping it was one bite but the whole thing was just rubber. Gross... I mean the meat is already low grade but then on top it's rubbery.
