Spanish looking guy at the pharmacy with the tight lab coat was incredibly rude. I just needed to clear up why the app wasn't loading my prescription even though I had picked mine up a few months ago.

I have been on hold for 46 minutes! I cannot physically get there right now and have to speak with a pharmacist or staff member for a prescription that was mixed up. Now it is 47 minutes on hold.
