Great coffee and sandwich in downtown. Owners are always nice. Not much place to stay in, but for take out is the best place in the area.

Stopped in today to get a warm drink because it was a bit chilly and ended up leaving with several pastries as well. I got their cinnamon chai, which was amazing. That alone was worth the five stars.
