The small, no frills restaurant makes both corn and rice flour pupusas filled with loroco blossoms or a choice of griddled meat, as well as all-day breakfast, whole-fried fish, and a simple but incredible pan de pollo. Calling this dish a sandwich feels inadequate for what is essentially an open-faced french bread bowl overflowing with mayonnaise, cucumber, tomatoes, and practically half of a crispy roast chicken.
