My wife just ordered the Spicy Leroy's bowl and brought it home...she had it on one other occasion...and it was good...this time, the chicken was spongy and nasty and the bowl was absolutely overreact

Food was good, but without asking they added a gratuity to my drive threw order. I feel this is not respectful of the customer. Is this really how you want to do business?!
