The hotel itself was great appearance wise. Easy check in. The room looked ok but the bed was very uncomfortable you can tell the mattress was fairly old. And the hot water took a while to come on and
BJ really helped me with my extended room where I’m staying for 2 weeks. When I approached the manager, Gabriel in the morning, I interrupted her personal call. She did look directly at me as to cue .
My Spouse & I checked in on Saturday & checked out on Monday. After we checked in we noticed room wasn’t completely cleaned, food & drinks were still in mini fridge from previous guest & No toilet pap
