The staff were very nice, but not necessarily competent or providers of patient centered care . There are insufficient chairs in the Emergency Department, and no one offered me one, so I had to sit on

They lost my pee, I've been waiting for results only to tell me they lost it 6 hours later.

There are no seats available!!! no walls to stand against and the visitors side is empty with plenty of seats... but us patients can't sit there to wait... I can't stand so I'm sitting down on the gro
