Automated support chats is useless and kicks out off without addressing any issues. Orders cannot be cancelled despite not being shipped yet.

Customer service is terrible. I was ignored and never asked if I needed help but others were asked. After I was unsuccessful at finding a specific item, I finally asked a sales associate named Daniell
