You need to buy one of their boxes to return something in a box. Has never been the case at all of the other FedEx locations I've used. No thanks. UPS downtown Mt Prospect from now on.

This was literally the worst experience for me. I spent $20 to make copies on a machine I had no knowledge of how to use. I asked the employee for help and he couldn't care less. He acted as if I was
