I would like to commend the great staff at National Car Rental at the BDL airport. They were very attentive and helped me return the car and get into a new one just because I wanted wireless CarPlay.

Really bad customer service, the woman at the couter made n9 effort to help me telling me it is spring break and that the lot was empty, but even with a reservation they wouldnt honor it. At the count

This was an interesting drop off... I got there around 4:15AM and I didn't think they were open. It was all dark, but the car in front of me, also dropping off, was being moved by someone in a hi-res
