Semi- new to AZ, thus was unsure how to renew drivers license . Tried ADOT on line, but, man, after 10 or so screens, realized had to go in person 'cause new photo required......Ugh. Called AZ Title,

Came in to register a car I just bought and Andrea refused to do it because she said 'I wrote over my signature with a different pen' and I'd need to have the dealership send me a new title to sign???
