Disappointing customer service. I purchased a door and paid about $180 for shipping. I wanted to exchange it and they are asking for almost $500 to ship it back.

Shopped here multiple times for doors. I bought the wrong door, and the manager Erika was able to help me trade it out and get the correct door. Friendly, great pricing and solid doors. Thank you!!
