This flat little shack in Bothell is home to some kind of Oregon Trail-style theme—and also great drive-in stuff. Beef patties are paper-thin but pack a powerful charbroiled punch, crinkle fries have impeccable snap, and we could snack on their fluffy corn dogs all day. Drown everything in burger dressing, and have yourself an excellent north end lunch that feels more like an exciting road trip rest stop. Just note that while Ranch’s flavored milkshakes are refreshing, the vanilla soft serve is tasteless—order it blitzed with syrups or dunked in bright cherry dip.
