Definitely don't live here if you want your deposit back. They use it for routine cleaning fees and to update the apt for things the rent should cover. You may end up owing THEM when you leave.

Lease says you have the "right" to be present for the move out inspection and that they will schedule it, but they never tell you when it is. They don't want you to be there so they can nickel and dim
