I wish they would answer their phone when you have questions about certain things nobody wants to answer their phones inside the bank. That's bad business.

I usually have such a good experience at this bank. But lately there's one blonde teller by the name of Angelica who just ruins it for everyone. She can never be nice, she always has to scoff or laugh
